Key dates for 2025
To ensure that your transition to University runs smoothly, there are a few key times to be aware of:

| October onwards | Make Edge Hill University your Firm choice and apply for guaranteed on-campus accommodation. Look out for an email from our Accommodation Team with instructions on how to select your room. |
| February – April | Attend one of your Offer Holder Days. Look out for your invite arriving in the post or by email. |
| February/March | Student Finance is now open for applications. Date tbc. |
| May | The deadline to apply for Student Finance depends on your country of domicile. Deadlines will be posted once Student Finance opens. |
| June | The first decision deadline will occur in June. The deadline date is Wednesday 4 June 2025. |
| The deadline to apply for an Edge Hill Sports Scholarship. Check your eligibility. | |
| August | A Level results day: Thursday 14 August 2025. GCSE results day: Thursday 21 August 2025. Enrolment system goes live in August. You’ll receive an email to begin the process when you have met all the conditions of your offer. |
| September | Welcome Weekend. This is when you will move into halls of residence if you have secured a room on campus. Saturday 27 September – Sunday 28 September 2025. |
| Induction Week. This is your first week on your programme. Week commencing: Monday 29 September 2025. |
