Public swimming is open to both adult and children members and non members during specified timetabled sessions per week. One swimming lane will be available during all public swimming times. These sessions are not pre bookable.

Our Swimming pool child supervision policy must be adhered to by all users as well as our Pool safety rules. For casual members and non member prices please see our activities prices. For regular users of the pool who do not wish to take out a gym membership, our annual Active Plus memberships are available in both adult and junior rates and include entry to all public swim sessions.

Lane swimming is for adults and children that can swim continuous lengths (approx. 400m). One lane is available during all public swim sessions, however dedicated lane swimming sessions are available through the week. These dedicated lane swimming sessions are not pre bookable and casual members and non members are charged at the public swim rate which can be found on our activity price list.

IIf you are 16 or older and interested in participating in Triathlons, Masters Swimming, Open Water Swimming, Charity Challenge Events, or any of the many other events available – then this session is for you.

We are pleased to offer adult swimming coaching sessions twice a week in partnership with Be Ur Best. These instructor-led sessions are designed for intermediate to advanced swimmers who can comfortably swim 400m. The sessions provide an opportunity to improve swimming technique, stamina, and fitness for specific races or events. Participants will receive coaching on technique and conditioning through a variety of drills and practices based on the Swim Smooth program. The programme structure shows the best results with regular attendance.

Following customer feedback and collaboration with Be Ur Best, we have introduced a new membership offer for our Adult Swim for Events sessions, providing a discount on our sessional prices.

We offer separate memberships for each day of the session (Adult Swim Event Wednesday Session & Adult Swim Event Friday Session). Each membership costs £54.00 and provides access to either the Wednesday or Friday session only for a 10-week period. If you want to attend both weekly sessions, you will need to purchase both memberships or additional charges will apply.

The session is perfect for individuals seeking an alternative to a masters swimming club and a great opportunity to meet other training partners.

Booking is recommended as capacity is currently limited. Reservations can be made through our online system. These sessions are open to all members, including casual members, and additional charges apply for all sessions.

Casual and non members who are over 60 years old can purchase a public swimming session at a reduced rate during the below sessions. These sessions are not pre bookable and take place during public swim times. Prices for Active Edge sessions are included on our activities price list.

The Health Suite consists of a sauna and steam room as well as an area for relaxation and a separate shower. This facility is not available to casual or non members and is only part of a paid membership package. The opening times of this facility replicate that of the pool, except for when there are full pool bookings.
