Key reminders for this month

  • Accommodation: All residential students are required to inform the university of their plans during the Winter Shutdown commencing Sunday 22 December 2024. An email has been circulated for this purpose; students who haven’t responded should update their status via the accommodation portal. For any queries please contact the Accommodation Team at [email protected].
  • Student Activities: The Student Life Team has curated a variety of activities for those remaining on campus. Details are available on the Student Life Portal.
  • Housekeeping: The final housekeeping service before the break is scheduled for Monday 23 December 2024. Housekeepers will supply bin bags, and students are responsible for disposing of rubbish in designated outdoor bins. Uncertain about bin locations? Consult your housekeeper in advance. Students leaving for the break should clear refrigerators and turn off lights to conserve energy and prevent food spoilage. Housekeeping services will resume on Thursday 2 January 2025.
  • Health and Wellbeing: The Mental Health and Wellbeing Team can be reached at [email protected] or 01695 650988. Please note, the team will be unavailable from Monday 23 December 2024, returning on Thursday 2 January 2025.
