If you are experiencing financial hardship our Money Advice Team are here to help support. You can email us on [email protected].

The Money Advice Team offer 30 minute face to face, phone and MS Teams appointments which are bookable 1 week in advance via the Money Advice portal.

If you require an extended appointment or have a disability which you would like to make us aware of prior to the appointment, please let us know and we can look to accommodate your request.

Christmas holiday arrangements

Appointments will be available to book up to and including Friday 20 December 2024 and will resume from Monday 6 January 2025, after the Christmas break.

The Money Advice Team will be out of the office from 4pm Friday 20 December 2024 and return Thursday 2 January 2025. Any emails will be picked up when we return to the office on 2 January 2025.

Phone or Microsoft Teams calls are available with by booking online. You can take a Teams call through an appointment without the need to receive a Teams link.
