Visa information for international graduands

If you are an international graduand, you may require a visa in order to enter the United Kingdom and attend your graduation ceremony.

If this applies to you, we can issue a letter to your home address listed on our student records system. The letter will confirm your name, the date of your ceremony and the names of any guests you wish to invite from overseas. An electronic version of the letter will also be sent to your Edge Hill email address.

In order to request a letter, you must first register to attend your ceremony and then complete the form below.

Please note, it is important that you request the visa letter yourself and that someone else does not submit this request on your behalf.

Only two guest tickets are available per student.

After you submit the form, your information will be emailed to the Ceremonies team. We will use this information to perform the necessary checks and send your visa letter to your university email address within two working days.
