Student Life Fest is back. An exciting, free event for both new and returning students here at EHU.

As the twinkling lights start to fade, Student Life Fest is here to brighten up your January. Whether the Student Life Team are welcoming you to campus for the very first time. Or welcoming you back from a well-deserved winter break. Student Life Fest is the best way to start your 2025.
Student Life Fest: Sport and Wellbeing Edition will take over the Sports Centre and provide plenty of opportunities to get involved and have fun. This event is not to be missed. Make connections, find community, and build new friendships in your EHU student life.

Plan your day
A warm welcome
Head to the Sports Centre to be welcomed by our friendly Campus Connectors and Student Life Team. You can sign in at the Student Life Arch and grab your Student Life Fest stamp card. Keep your stamp card safe if you want to enjoy some free pizza.
Get to know your Student Services. There will be plenty of teams to chat to and activities to get involved with throughout the event (12-4pm) with stalls in the entrance hall and upstairs in the Sports Centre.
Get sporty
Head round to the Sports Hall to enjoy badminton sessions (12-4pm), multi-sport stations and Accessibilities Society activities. This is a great chance to try something new and meet likeminded people.
Cuddles with Therapy Dogs
What Student Life event is complete without a visit from our furry friends? Our Very Important Pooches are very popular so you may be asked to sit in the waiting area before enjoying a cuddle. You can find Clover, Paddy and Ralphie upstairs near the yoga studio between 12-2pm.
Time to relax
Between 1-2pm in the Yoga Studio, you can take part in breathwork sessions. Take a mindful moment and learn destressing tips you can take away with you. There will also be mindful colouring and crafts in the classroom between 2-4pm.. All sessions have been designed to help you relax and unwind.
Feeling peckish?
Every time you get involved in a different activity, you’ll get a stamp for your Student Life Fest stamp card. Once you have collected four stamps, you can pop outside to the Pizza Truck for a free slice of pizza and canned soft drink.
Did you receive a welcome bag as an EHU January new starter? Remember to bring your voucher to redeem a free hot drink of your choice.
If you don’t have a completed stamp card or voucher, refreshments will be able to be purchased throughout the event.
