Research Interests

I am a sociologist working at the nexus of critical animal studies, environmental sociology, the sociology of climate change and gender studies. Before Edge Hill I worked for 10 years at Lancaster University. Most of my work now addresses the social and ethical aspects of the climate crisis, and of human-animal relations.
