Biography

Biography

I am a lecturer and PhD researcher studying cognitive strengths and challenges in people with developmental coordination disorder (DCD) and co-occurring neurodevelopmental differences i.e. prosopagnosia, aphantasia, ASD, ADHD and dyslexia. My research informs my teaching and knowledge share/advocacy activities to support people with neurodivergent conditions.

Research Interests

My main research interests are exploring cognitive strengths and challenges in people with developmental coordination disorder (DCD/dyspraxia) and co-occurring conditions such as prosopagnosia, aphantasia, autism, ADHD and dyslexia. 

Teaching

I am an enthusiastic teacher and mentor, and I enjoy supporting students to thrive. I have experience of teaching on the following modules:
