For a change of telephone extension number, or office location, please complete Address Book Change Form

For other changes to your record (Post Title, Team, Department, Line Manager, etc), your line manager should submit a registration form:

Staff Registration Form 
University Employees (inc HR’s casual bank),  Associate Tutor,  GT and GTA only.

Other User Registration Form
Academic Visitor, Agency, Contractor, Honorary, Intern, Secondee, Student Union, Temporary or Voluntary worker.
