Because our accommodation is owned by the University and managed on-site, we’re able to keep hall fees low. So you’re getting the best accommodation for the lowest possible rate – win-win. Our rents are below the national average and we never implement big increases (in 2023 our rent increased by just 1.1% compared to a sector average increase of 14.6% (student accommodation costs report: Unipol and HEPI)).

We’ve made substantial investments in our accommodation in the last few years, and we aren’t stopping yet.
